    Second, you must be able to trust me. If trust isn’t present, then it will be very challenging to be open and follow the plan.

    Third, you must feel comfortable and at ease talking to me. Many people have described picking their coach as “just clicking’ with them.

    To be successful with coaching, it is imperative that you feel that you can talk freely and without judgement with me.
